This ancient modality has been around for eons and is very popular. I learnt my technique with Rhythm of Breath Lynsey Chan who is highly skilled in this work and Trauma Informed and how it is affect^ed in the body.
This work is very powerful, I teach in my private sessions 3 types: 1; Functional, 2; Breathing, Daily Techniques and 3; Transformational.
Under these three are many layers and techniques to support an individual. Being a conscious breather in itself can be life-changing.
Benefits of Breath work are huge from the ability to breathe into the body deeper and more consciously and connectively, releasing stagnant energy, blocks with emotions and feelings and somatic work.
